We are pleased to announce that as part of the improvements we are making to Sense Creative from the 2nd June we are now using DPD Couriers to dispatch our print orders.
We have changed to DPD’s service because they includes a far better dispatch and tracking system, making it quicker to dispatch and track orders.
Now when we dispatch your order:
- When your order has been packed you will receive an email to say your order is “Ready to Dispatch” and provided that the delivery details you have given us are correct your order will be dispatched that afternoon.
- Once your parcel has left our premises we will update the status of your order to “Dispatched” and include a tracking url in the history of your order
- When DPD have received your parcels you will receive an email from DPD to say your order has been dispatched and this will also include a tracking url
- DPD will continue to send you emails updating you on the progress of your parcel and should give you an estimated delivery time
In the next couple of weeks we will be announcing several new, exciting equipment purchases and additions to our product range, so please keep an eye on our site for the latest updates.

With Christmas rapidly approaching now is a great time to tell your customers about Christmas Cards. Christmas Cards are an excellent way for companies to market themselves and remind their customers that they are still in business !

This year we are using a 300gsm Silk Sappi Artboard for all our Christmas Cards which has a luxurious silk feel. Printed full colour inside and out with your design.
Available in A4 folded to A5, A5 folded to A6 and a 140mm Square Card sizes. All our Christmas Card prices include envelopes, delivery and vat.

Christmas Deliveries
16th December is the last day when we can guarantee orders to delivered before Christmas. Please contact us in the run up to Christmas to check for delivery availability. Sense Creative closes on the 22nd December until 4th January 2010. Our site will remain open for placing order during this period and orders be processed in numeric order from the 4th January when we come back.

Our Booklets just got better !
We’ve rebuilt our Booklet Printing pages to add booklets with a thick 300gsm Gloss Cover. These are available in both A4 and A5 size, printed full colour on every page using our lithographic press. Inside we print your artwork on premium quality 170gsm glossy paper - full colour !
We also still offer a cheaper option of booklets using 170gsm paper thoughout, including the cover. These are also printed full colour on glossy 170gsm paper using our lithographic press. These are available in A5 and A4 size
Once printed our Booklets are bound using our Horizon Booklet maker which staples in two positions on the spine then folds the pages.
Each booklet web page you will find print templates explaining how to layout your Booklet in a Printers Spread, adding the pages in the correct spaces.

Print Dispatch Notification and Tracking
TNT will now email a notification of dispatch along with tracking details directly to your email address instead of you receiving a tracking code in the email from us. You can then click on the link in this email to track your print package using their website or copy the Consignment Number into the tracking form on their website www.tnt.co.uk
Delivery Speed
We will dispatch all print parcels to UK mainland address using TNT’s Express Next Working Day Service and print delivery will still be FREE to UK Mainland addresses.
White Label Dispatch
Like our previous label, TNT labels will not say that print packages have come from Sense Creative (or include a sender address or phone number). This means that we can continue to dispatch print straight to your client, without you revealing your print source.

Thats why we have put together a print checklist for you to follow before uploading your artwork. Following these simple checks should result in your artwork passing through to production smoothly and quickly !
We have also added lots of new print templates. These print templates show you the print dimensions your design artwork needs to be, how much bleed you need to add and our recommended safe area to keep your text inside. New additions include templates for our folding business cards, A4/A5 presentation folders, folded and trifold leaflets and templates for our greetings card range.
